Our Mission
Our mission is lived out every day across our campuses. We are committed to helping students develop the academic, social, communication, and life skills they need to be successful both now and into adulthood. We intentionally focus on building independence and creating meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond
the classroom. Through community-based instruction, real-world experiences, and individualized support, we work to ensure the skills students learn at school carry over into their homes, communities, and future lives.

Our Vision
Our vision of being courageous in everything we do is reflected in the daily actions of both our staff and students. As educators, we embrace a mindset of continuous learning, self-reflection, and growth to ensure we are providing the high-quality instruction and support our students deserve. We are willing to try new
approaches, have difficult conversations, and advocate for what is best for students.
For our students, courage is embedded in everyday learning opportunities. We encourage them to try new things, take risks, advocate for themselves, persevere through challenges, and celebrate growth. Whether learning a new skill, communicating a need, participating in the community, or working toward a personal goal, students are continually building the confidence and courage needed to achieve greater independence and success.
