We will process your admission and update you with our final decision within 60 days of receiving payment and all documentation.
We welcome any parents to come and tour our school. This is the best way to gather information about our program. Tours include an introduction to our mission, vision, and values, school schedule, a run-through of a typical school day, and details about the enrollment process. Questions and feedback are welcomed during this process. Please contact us to schedule your tour.
Once the student has been accepted to VAA the parent will complete the process by filling out the enrollment paperwork and review the student handbook. Once funding for tuition has been verified, your child is placed in a class. Click here for handbooks, permission, and application forms.

Scholarships and Paying for Tuition
There are a variety of scholarship opportunities in Arizona and because of this, most of our students are able to attend Victory Autism Academy with little or no out-of-pocket cost.
Victory Autism Academy is committed to helping parents with the process of completing the ESA Application. If you have questions or need assistance with applying for the scholarship, please contact our ESA specialist at 623-248-8624.
Empowerment Scholarship Accounts (ESA)
The Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program is an account administered by The Arizona Department of Education that is funded by state tax dollars to provide educational options for qualified Arizona students. By opting out of the public school system, parents seek a range of alternative educational services, such as private school or home-based education. The ESA amount depends primarily on the child’s disability, as listed in the child’s Arizona public school IEP or MET report.
To learn more about ESA, please visit their website by clicking here https://www.azed.gov/esa/ or calling them directly at 602-364-1969.
Student Tuition Organizations
Student Tuition Organization receives a tax credit donation from individuals and corporations for the purpose of granting scholarships to eligible students for private school tuition costs. STOs award scholarships under four different programs: The Original, The Switcher/ Overflow Tax Credit, The Disabled/ Displaced, and The Low Income Corporate. A student may receive a scholarship from more than one STO; however, some have limitations and exclusions.
Victory Autism Academy is an approved private day school with the Arizona Department of Education for kindergarten through High School. We can work with many school districts and charter schools to accommodate students who need an alternative placement.
Families pay tuition costs out of pocket.
