Linly Dai

Behavior Specialist and BCBA

Linly has a background in Special Education and Early Childhood Education.  She recently received her Positive Behavior Support  (PBS) Certificate from Northern Arizona University. PBS focuses on improving human behavior by manipulating environments and contingencies to decrease challenging behaviors and/or teaching preferred behaviors that are socially significant to the individual. This helps improve the quality of life (i.e. health, social, personal, family). The background behind PBS is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She hopes to continue to help parents, teachers, therapists, and anyone who supports the individual with maladaptive behaviors to develop appropriate behaviors that lead to a better quality of life.

During her free time,  she is a cuisine connoisseur and enjoys photography, painting, crafting, and traveling to new places.
